Remote work has many perspectives, and new trends in Human Recruitment are being encouraged. Identifying the perfect candidate, making the hiring process more transparent, and humanizing it have become a necessity.

Talentsmove mission is to humanize the recruiting process. Let’s find out more from the founders.

The Team behind the startup

Our team consists of three professionals with diverse skill sets. Vlad is the CEO and the driving force behind our vision and has a strong background in business and software development. Bianca, CPO, is responsible for product design and has a keen eye for user experience. Mircea brings a wealth of knowledge in the HR field and has a passion for helping people find meaningful work. We also have the support of two talented developers who have been instrumental in bringing our application to life.

The “why” behind this project

We chose to work on the Talentsmove project because we saw a need for a platform that could help businesses stay relevant and maintain a high retention rate by creating real, engaging environments for their employees. We personally experienced the challenges of finding the right team to work with and understanding the scope of a new job, and saw an opportunity to help others overcome these challenges.

Our platform is designed to streamline the process of team formation for rapidly scaling tech businesses, while also helping individuals find meaningful work. We believe that by fostering meaningful work and strong connections within teams, businesses can stay competitive and achieve long-term success.

We are passionate about our mission and are excited about the potential for Talentsmove to make a positive impact in the tech industry and beyond.

Good match with the StepFWD program?

Our experience in the StepFWD accelerator has been incredibly valuable. Coming into the program, we had some business experience but were still learning the ins and outs of the startup world. The sessions we’ve attended have helped to solidify our knowledge and introduce us to new approaches in areas such as pricing models, product development, and go-to-market strategy.

Some specific things that have stuck with us include the importance of presenting a strong attitude and enthusiasm to build trust, the realization that we don’t need to educate the market but rather offer a new solution to an old problem, and the need to carefully consider and allocate time to various aspects of the startup, such as problem-solution, customer interviews, and customer identification.

One piece of advice before joining a pre-accelerator

Look for a program that aligns with your goals and needs as a startup and offers the resources and support that will help you grow and succeed.

Another factor to consider is the fit between your startup and the program. Look for a program that is well-suited to your stage of development and has a track record of helping startups like yours succeed.

It’s also a good idea to reach out to past participants and ask for their insights and experiences.

Last but not least 🤘

The organizers and mentors were empathetic and eager to help. The support we received was like having an extra team member. It went above and beyond what we expected from a mentor or guide.

Overall, the StepFWD accelerator has been a fantastic opportunity for us to take our startup to the next level and we are excited to continue our journey with all the resources and knowledge we’ve gained.
